We wish to announce that SPRITZER-CA expired at 5.00 p.m. on 17 October 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of SPRITZER-CA x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SPRITZER-CA x (RM2.2008 - RM1.6500) x (1/2.5)
= Number of SPRITZER-CA x RM0.2203
The Closing Price of RM 2.2008 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the SPRITZER Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
