Further to the Compay's announcements dated 15 July 2025 and 29 July 2025 in relation to the winding-up petition served by Unity Force Sdn Bhd (“Petitioner”) against Handal Imro Sdn Bhd (“Respondent”), a wholly-owned major subsidiary of Handal Energy Berhad (“HEB” or “the Company”), the Board of Directors of HEB wishes to announce that the Respondent has today received a Notice of Discontinuance dated 15 October 2025.
The Petitioner has wholly withdraws the winding-up petition against the Respondent, with no orders as to costs. The deposit of RM3,000.00 only is to be refunded by the Official Receiver to the Petitioner.
As the winding petition being withdrawn, the matter in respect of the winding up petition is concluded.
