The Board of Directors of Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“RTB” or “the Company”) wishes to notify that RTB and its subsidiaries, HG Power Transmission Sdn. Bhd. (“HGPT”) as well as Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (“REI”), have on 17 October 2025 respectively received freezing and seizure orders (“Orders”) issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) pursuant to section 44(1) and section 50(1) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (“AMLA”) in respect of certain bank accounts held by RTB, HGPT and REI.

The Orders are believed to be issued as part of a MACC investigation concerning a contract entered into by HGPT in 2015, prior to the Company’s acquisition of HGPT in 2017. The Company is currently assessing the potential impact of the Orders and the matter on RTB Group’s overall operation.

The Company, HGPT as well as REI are working closely with their appointed legal counsel regarding the Orders and will take all necessary actions, to safeguard the interests of the Company and its shareholders.

The Company believes that the MACC’s investigation is isolated and it is not related to the Group's other businesses or contracts. The Board is treating this matter with the utmost priority and the Company reaffirms its commitment to the highest standards of integrity, transparency and governance across all levels of the Group's operations.

The Company is closely monitoring the development of this matter and will make further announcements as may be necessary, in compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and applicable laws.
