The Board of Directors of RSB wishes to announce that Rapid Precision Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 21 October 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Osram Opto Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.  in respect of the disposal of two (2) parcels of leasehold land expiring on 11 January 2050 held under the following titles particulars, both located in Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Negeri Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, together with the buildings erected thereon for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Five million only (RM35,000,000), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Disposal”):

1. H.S.(D) 15176, PTD 1485 (measuring approximately 7,242.1797 square metres in area); and
2. H.S.(D) 15177, PTD 1486 (measuring approximately 9,770.9815 square metres in area.
