Reference is made to the announcement of the Company on 13 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. SBY Partners PLT (LLP0026726-LCA & AF 0660) who have given their consent to act as Auditors has been appointed as External Auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and to hold office until the next Annual General Meeting.
