The Board of Directors of FINTEC wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval in respect of the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate and New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature ("Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate") at the forthcoming Eighteenth ("18th") Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The circular to shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
