We wish to announce that IHH-C50 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 22 October 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of IHH-C50 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of IHH-C50 x (RM8.1520 - RM7.8800) x (1/5)
= Number of IHH-C50 x RM0.0544
The Closing Price of RM8.1520 was determined based on the average closing price of the IHH Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount, less all exercise expenses (currently borne by the Issuer and no charge shall be incurred by the Holder) shall be made by way of electronic payment or cheque within 7 Market Days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to Holders by ordinary post.
