Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 25 September 2025 and 9 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 22 October 2025, resolved to approve the following:-

1. Admission to the Official List and listing and quotation of up to 610,936,571 Warrants B to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants; and

2. Listing and quotation of up to 610,936,571 new ordinary shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Warrants B.

The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:-

1. SEGi and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

2. UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants;

3. UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is completed; and

4. SEGi to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants B as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
