We refer to the announcements dated 31 July 2025, 4 August 2025, 8 August 2025, 28 August 2025 and 29 September 2025 in relation to the Proposed SCR. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board (save for the Interested Directors) has deliberated on the content of the SCR Offer Letter, which includes the Proposed Variation, after taking into consideration the advice of the Independent Adviser and resolved to table the resolutions for the Proposed SCR and the Proposed Variation to the disinterested shareholders of PinePac for their consideration and approval.
