The Board of Directors of DutaLand wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company ("Proposed Amendments") at the forthcoming Fifty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("58th AGM") of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are mainly to streamline the Constitution with the relevant regulatory requirements as well as to enhance administrative efficiency. Board decision by majority voting allows for quicker resolutions and avoiding delays, and also provides a more streamlined and efficient decision making process.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Appendix A of the Notice of the 58th AGM of the Company, which will be announced or published on the Company's and Bursa Malaysia Berhad's website in due course.
