Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 29 August 2025, 9 September 2025, 3 October 2025 and 22 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal, the circular to shareholders dated 6 October 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Circular") and the announcement dated 21 October 2025 in relation to the outcome of the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposed Disposal. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
