Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 31 October 2023 (“First Announcement”) wherein the Board of Directors of TXCD (“Board”) announced that TXCD is classified as an affected listed issuer as it had triggered the criteria prescribed under Paragraph 8.04 and Paragraph 2.1(d) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities (“Listing Requirements”).

Pursuant to the Listing Requirements, TXCD is required to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities (“Proposed Regularisation Plan”) within 12 months from the date of the First Announcement i.e. by 30 October 2024. The Company had subsequently obtained approval from Bursa Securities for extensions of time up to 29 October 2025 to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan.

In respect to the above, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) has been appointed by the Company as the Principal Adviser for the Proposed Regularisation Plan.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that it had on 24 October 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 29 April 2026, for the Company to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.

Further announcement(s) with regard to the development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan will be made to Bursa Securities in due course.
