The Board of Directors ("Board") of KHIND wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice in writing dated 21 October 2025 from Messrs. RSM Malaysia PLT (“RSM”) on their resignation as the External Auditors of the Company. Pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 ("CA 2016"), the terms of office of RSM will end on 10 November 2025, after twenty-one (21) days from the date of their notice of resignation.

The resignation of RSM is based on mutual consent of both parties and the Board wishes to inform that the Company is not aware of any other matters that may be required to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Company has commenced the process of identifying new External Auditors in place of RSM and shall make the relevant announcement in due course.
