The Board of Directors of HEB wishes to announce that the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to seek approval from the CCM for an Extension of Time of up to 30 June 2026 to hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act, 2016 (“the Application”) has been approved.
