The Board of Directors of TXCD wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval in respect of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be convened at a date to be announced later.
The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the abovementioned proposal will be issued and despatch to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
