Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 22 September 2025 ("Initial Announcement") and 24 September 2025 (collectively “Earlier Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors of SJCB wishes to announce that SJSB has on 24 October 2025 entered into a supplemental SSPA (“Supplemental SSPA”) with DWI to vary certain terms in the SSPA as set out in the Initial Announcement.
