Reference is made to GENM’s announcements dated 13 October 2025, 15 October 2025, 16 October 2025 and 21 October 2025 in relation to the Offer (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in GENM's Previous Announcements.
In accordance with Paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by Securities Commission Malaysia, Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad has been appointed to act as the Independent Adviser of GENM to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the non-interested directors and the holders of the Offer Shares in relation to the Offer.
