Today was fixed for a decision of stay application in enclosure 127 (E127) and case management of the main action.

Please be informed that E127 was dismissed with costs of RM5,000-00. Trial will proceed as scheduled on 17 to 19 November 2025.

In relation to the above, the Court has directed the Plaintiff to file their witness statement by 3 November 2025.

The Defendant’s solicitor also informed the Court that the Company will be appealing the decision in E127. The Company will update the Court on the progress in due course.
