The Board of Directors of KJTS wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining balance of RM44.42 million from the IPO Proceeds allocated for the Acquisition of 100% equity interest in Malakoff Utilities Sdn Bhd by KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KJTS for a total cash consideration of RM65.50 million.
