Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Straits (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company, through its subsidiaries, have in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature (“RRPTs”) as detailed in the announcement and the aggregate transacted value of the RRPTs for the period from 25 September 2025 to 27 October 2025 had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% of the latest audited consolidated net assets of the Company as at 30 June 2025.
