The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company together with its subsidiaries namely Peterlabs Sdn Bhd, Thye On Tong Trading Sdn Bhd, its Executive Director, Datuk Loh Saw Foong and his wife, Datin Lin Ching Yein have today, entered into Settlement Agreement to settle the earlier disputes between the parties amicably. The Settlement Agreement has been deliberated and approved by the Board of Directors today, for the best interest of PHB and its group of companies.
