We refer to Al-Salām REIT’s announcements dated 17 December 2024, 23 January 2025, 30 May 2025, 30 June 2025 and 26 August 2025 in relation to Al-Salām REIT’s non-compliance with the public shareholdings spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Public Spread Requirement") as well as Al-Salām REIT’s announcement dated 24 October 2025 in relation to the change in substantial unitholder’s unitholding in Al-Salām REIT.

The Board of Directors of JLG REIT Managers Sdn Bhd, being the manager of Al-Salām REIT, wishes to announce that the public shareholding spread of the  Al-Salām REIT as at 27 October 2025 stood at 25.40%, which is in compliance with the Public Spread Requirement.
