The Board of Directors of Mah Sing (“Board”) wishes to announce that further to the announcement dated 28 October 2024 in relation to the second collaboration agreement (“CA2”) entered into on the same date between Southville City Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mah Sing) and Bridge Data Centres Malaysia VII Sdn Bhd (“BDC”), the exclusivity period under CA2 has lapsed on 28 October 2025.

CA2 was intended for the joint venture development of data centre facilities and infrastructure (“the Project”) on approximately 35.68 acres within the 150-acre Mah Sing DC Hub @ Southville City, located in Bangi, Selangor.

Mah Sing is seeking the continuation of the data centre project since the land is strategically located in Bangi, Selangor, offers excellent connectivity to Kuala Lumpur and major highways, as well as ready access to power, water, and high-speed telecommunications infrastructure, and we will continue to explore potential joint ventures, build-to-lease (BTL) arrangements, or outright land sales with interested data centre operators. The Group remains committed to supporting Malaysia’s goal of becoming a leading regional digital infrastructure hub and welcomes discussions with parties ready to proceed within a defined timeframe.
