The Board of Directors of Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce the recommendation for the declaration and payment of first and final single tier dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2025, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid dividend will be announced in due course.
