The Board of Directors of YBVB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority at the forthcoming 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.
A statement to shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority will be issued to the shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 in due course.
