We are pleased to announce that EKOVEST-C68 expired at 9.00 a.m. on 29 October 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per EKOVEST-C68) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at RM0.3990 being the arithmetic mean of the closing price of EKOVEST Shares on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date. 

Cash Settlement Amount

= {(Settlement Price - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio } x Number of EKOVEST-C68 exercised - 0.30%

= {(RM0.3990 - RM0.2500) / 1.5 } x Number of EKOVEST-C68 exercised - 0.30%

= RM0.0993 x Number of EKOVEST-C68 exercised - 0.30%

Payment of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be made via the eDividend or Cash Redemption Payment Service by Bursa Malaysia Depository into the bank account of the Holders as provided in the Record of Depositors within seven (7) Market Days following the Expiry Date. Bank cheques shall be issued in favour of the Holders whose bank account information is not available in the Record of Depositors.
