We are pleased to announce that PLANTIR-C1 has expired at 9.00 a.m. on 29 October 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per PLANTIR-C1) (if the said amount is greater than zero).

The Settlement Price has been determined at USD183.8760 being the arithmetic mean of the closing price of PLANTIR Shares on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC for the five (5) scheduled market days prior to and including the market day before the Expiry Date. 

The Cash Settlement Amount shall be converted to RM prior to payment, using the prevailing rate of exchange being USD/MYR4.1925 on the Exercise Date at or about 5.00 p.m. Malaysia time ("Settlement Exchange Rate").

= {(Settlement Price - Exercise Price) / Exercise Ratio} x Settlement Exchange Rate x Number of PLANTIR-C1 exercised - 0.30%

= {(USD183.8760 - USD60.0000) / 2,100 } x 4.1925 x Number of PLANTIR-C1 exercised - 0.30%

= USD0.0590 x 4.1925 x Number of PLANTIR-C1 exercised - 0.30%

= RM0.2474 x Number of PLANTIR-C1 exercised - 0.30%

Payment of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be made via the eDividend or Cash Redemption Payment Service by Bursa Malaysia Depository into the bank account of the Holders as provided in the Record of Depositors within seven (7) Market Days following the Expiry Date. Bank cheques shall be issued in favour of the Holders whose bank account information is not available in the Record of Depositors.
