Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 October 2025 in relation to the Civil Suit (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
The Board of Directors of MSB wishes to announce that the High Court of Kuala Lumpur, had on 28 October 2025, directed the Plaintiffs’ solicitors to re-file the Writ and Statement of Claim in the Commercial Division, instead of the Civil Division where it was initially filed. In this regard, the Plaintiffs re-filed the Writ and Statement of Claim in the Commercial Division of the High Court of Kuala Lumpur on 28 October 2025. The sealed Writ and Statement of Claim have been extracted and served on the Defendant on 29 October 2025.
The Civil Suit is fixed for case management on 12 November 2025.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on further developments in the Civil Suit as and when there is a material update.
