The Board of Directors of NOVELPLUS wishes to announce that the Company had received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act, 2016 from Messrs HLB Ler Lum Chew PLT ("HLB") dated 28 October 2025 on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and Group with effect from 28 October 2025.
The resignation of HLB is on voluntary basis as the Company intends to appoint another auditors for the Company and Group.
Save for the above, there are no any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
