Reference is made to the announcements by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Duopharma Biotech”) on 20 February 2025 (“Announcement No. 1”), 10 March 2025 (“Announcement No. 2”),19 May 2025 (“Announcement No. 3”), 6 August 2025 ("Announcement No. 4") and 9 October 2025 ("Announcement No. 5"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in Announcement Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 unless otherwise defined herein
Duopharma Biotech wishes to inform that the High Court has granted an extension of time for the parties to file the common bundle of documents along with other pre-trial documents, such as issues to be tried, agreed facts and chronology of the case by the next Case Management date, which has been fixed on 24 November 2025.
The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
