The change of financial year end from 30 June to 31 December is due to the recent resignation of the Company's Auditors, additional time is required to complete the process of identifying and appointing new Auditors. Seers Berhad will hereby apply for an extension of time to hold its Annual General Meeting for year 2025 and to lodge the Audited Financial Statement with the Companies Commission of Malaysia accordingly.
