Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TMK wishes to announce that the aggregated actual value of the RRPT between TMK Group and Malay-Sino Chemical Industries Sdn Bhd has exceeded the aggregated estimated value of the RRPT disclosed in the Circular to Shareholders dated 28 April 2025 by more than ten percent (10%).
