Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 October 2025 in relation to the Resignation of External Auditors.

The Board of Directors of KHIND wishes to announce that the Company had on 30 October 2025 received the Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT (“Crowe”) via their letter dated 28 October 2025. Hence, Crowe has been appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
