The Board of Directors of Enproserve is pleased to announce that Enproserve (M) Sdn Bhd ("EMSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enproserve, has received a letter of award (LOA) on 5 October 2025, which was accepted on 7 October 2025, from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (“PCSB”) to undertake the onshore pipeline maintenance services (“Contract”).
Subsequently, the Company had on 31 October 2025 obtained consent from PCSB to release the announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the Contract awarded to EMSB.
