In compliance with Rule 6.11(16) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of MCOM (“Board”) wishes to announce that there is a deviation or variance of more than 25% between MCOM and its group of companies’ (“Group”) loss after tax and minority interest of approximately RM0.72 million as stated in the unaudited financial statements, as compared to the loss after tax and minority interest of approximately RM0.49 million as stated in the audited financial statements for the FYE 2025.
