The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mah Sing wishes to announce that on 3 November 2025, Mont Meridian Development Sdn Bhd and Peninsular Connection Sdn Bhd (each a “Purchaser” and collectively referred to as “Purchasers”), both are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mah Sing, had entered into 2 inter-conditional sale and purchase agreements (“SPAs”) with Petaling Garden Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 275 acres of freehold land in Mukim Beranang, Daerah Ulu Langat, in Semenyih, Negeri Selangor (“Land”) for a total purchase consideration of RM273,514,214.79 (“Purchase Consideration”).
