Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. Reference is made to the approval obtained from the shareholders of Edelteq for the Corporate Exercises at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 25 June 2025 ("EGM"). On behalf of the Board of Directors of Edelteq, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 3 November 2025, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
