Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 October 2025 on the application for extension of time for submission of the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TXCD, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 31 October 2025 approved the application for an extension of time up to 29 April 2026 for TXCD to submit the Proposed Regularisation Plan to Bursa Securities.
