(Reference is made to the first announcement made on 31 October 2023 and the latest announcement dated 3 November 2025. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.)

As announced on 3 November 2025, Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 31 October 2025 approved the application for an extension of time up to 29 April 2026 for the Company to submit the regularisation plan to Bursa Securities.

The Board of Directors of the Company wish to inform that the Company is currently in the midst of formulating its regularisation plan and the Company has approximately six (6) months up to 29 April 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.

The Company will make the necessary announcement in regard to any latest development on the above matter in due course.
