Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 16 June 2025 in relation to the resignation of Messrs ChengCo PLT as the external auditors of the Company.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners ("JAP") having consented to act as the external auditors pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, will be appointed with effect from 3 November 2025 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
The appointment was made after careful consideration by the Board, taking into account JAP's experience, professional independence, and suitability to serve as the external auditors of ARB.
