With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MAHSING, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

MAHSING-C85 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 06 November 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MAHSING-C85 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 January 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 March 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 July 2025, the Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 August 2025 and the Term Sheet for the MAHSING-C85 dated 05 November 2025.
