MALAKOFC71 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 06 November 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The MALAKOFC71 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2024, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 15 January 2025, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 20 March 2025, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 April 2025, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 July 2025, the Fifth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 14 August 2025 and the Term Sheet for the MALAKOFC71 dated 05 November 2025.
