Further to our announcement dated 15 August 2025, the Board of Directors of Pantech Global Berhad ("PGB") wishes to announce that the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") entered into by PSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PGB for the acquisition of a parcel of freehold land situated at HS(D) 169727, PT 87823 in the Mukim of Kapar, District of Klang, State of Selangor, measuring approximately 4.84 acres (“Proposed New Land”) from Uptown Promenade Sdn. Bhd. ("Vendor") for a total purchase consideration of RM29.00 million (“Purchase Consideration”) (“Proposed Acquisition”) for the construction of new corporate head office and factory, has been completed on 5 November 2025 as notified by our solicitor.
