We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 1 July 2025 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition ("Announcements"). Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of CCIB wishes to announce that all the conditions precedent stipulated in the Share Purchase Agreement have been satisfied, including the completion of the registration of the Sale Shares in the name of Indah Secretarial (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. Consequently, the Proposed Acquisition has been duly completed.
Following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Alpadis Trust (Labuan) Ltd is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indah Secretarial (Penang) Sdn. Bhd., and consequently an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of CC International Berhad.
