Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 27 October 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that Duta Nilai Holdings Sdn. Bhd. has filed an appeal via Notice of Motion, to the Court of Appeal on 27 October 2025 against the decision of YA Commissioner Muhammad Adam @ Edward bin Abdullah delivered at High Court of Kuala Lumpur on 27 October 2025 dismissing the application by Duta Nilai Holdings Sdn Bhd for a stay of proceedings in enclosure 127 (E127).

The registered appeal number for the above Notice of Motion (E3) is W–02(IM)(NCC)–2118–10/2025 and the Case Management (CM) of E3 was fixed on 4 November 2025 (via e-Review).

During the CM, the Court directed the parties as follows –

a. the hearing for E3 is fixed on 14 November 2025;

b. the Respondent is to file the affidavit in reply on or before 6 November 2025 at 12.00 pm;

c. the Appellant is to file the affidavit in reply on or before 7 November 2025 at 5.00 pm;

d. parties are to file the Written Submission and bundle of authorities latest by 10 November 2025;

e. the Court fixed a CM on 11 November 2025 via e-Review to review the compliance of the filing of papers; and

f. the Court fixed a further CM on 2 December 2025 via e-Review for parties to update the status of E3.
