We refer to the announcement by PEB on 24 October 2025.
The Board of Directors of PEB wishes to announce that PEB has received a notification from reNIKOLA Holdings Sdn Bhd (“reNIKOLA”) that, on 5 November 2025, reNIKOLA has received a letter from the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (“PETRA”) informing that the Deputy Prime Minister has taken note of the matters in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan. The matter is currently under the Ministry’s attention and review prior to providing the relevant feedback.
The Company will make further announcements upon any material developments in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
