Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 13 October 2025 and 16 October 2025. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcements.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the inter partes injunction hearing, which was originally fixed on 5 November 2025, has been postponed by the Court to 16 December 2025, following a request made by Leyo. The Court has further directed Leyo to file its Affidavit in Reply on or before 25 November 2025.
The Company will make further announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on this matter.
