MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ("MOU") BETWEEN PTRB AND EXPORT- IMPORT BANK OF MALAYSIA BERHAD ("EXIM BANK")

The Board of Directors of PTRB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 6 November 2025 entered into a MOU with EXIM Bank.


EXIM BANK is a development financial institution with its main objective to provide credit facilities and insurance/takaful services to support export and import of goods, services, overseas investments with the emphasis on non-traditional markets and guarantee facilities.


(PTRB and EXIM Bank are collectively, or individually, referred to as the “Party(ies)”)
