The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that the Company had on 7 November 2025 entered into a Joint Venture and Shareholders Agreement (“Agreement”) with Chin Hin to record their commitments and to regulate their rights as shareholders of the joint venture company to be incorporated to undertake and implement the development of smart warehouses, smart industrial parks, and digital logistics infrastructure integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, robotics, digital twin technologies, and sustainable energy solutions, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
