The Board of Directors of RSB wishes to announce that Persiaran Eksklusif Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 November 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the disposal of the property known as all that piece of leasehold land of ninety-nine (99) years expiring on 24 September 2100 held under H.S.(D) 15539, PT 5017, Bandar Teluk Intan, Daerah Hilir Perak, Negeri Perak, Malaysia measuring approximately 19,876 square metres together with 3-storey commercial complex and a single-storey drive thru restaurant building (collectively, “Building”) and all equipment, fixtures and fittings within the Building bearing postal address PT 5017 (Rapid Mall Seri Intan & Giant), Jalan Changkat Jong, 36000 Teluk Intan, Perak, Malaysia ) for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty-One Million (RM41,000,000.00), in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Disposal”).
